K-Fed says depression led to becoming a fat ass

We've all seen them...the pictures that, when i seen them, i didn't even believe what i was seeing. I figured they had to be photoshopped. There was no way the thin ex-Justin Timberlake backup dancer could have gained THAT much weight. But no, it was real. And then i laughed. A lot. And wondered what his new, fit, volley ball player gf Victoria Prince thought of all the rolls. Turns out, poor Kevin was just eating his feelings. And by feelings i mean everything in sight. Kevin told People magazine how the struggles of everything going on in his very public life led to depression which then lead to overeating:

For Kevin Federline, the very public struggles came with a private pain, as his 2006 divorce from Britney Spears triggered depression and overeating.

"Once you get depressed, you don't really feel like doing anything," Federline, 31, tells Access Hollywood. "You're kind of discouraged about yourself and then the weight gain too, or that makes me more depressed. I mean, it's a combination of all of those things."

The difference for Federline was that his troubles played out on a public stage.

"Everybody knows what happened with me and Brit," he says. "I'm not going to say that's the total cause of it but, I mean, just not being happy with myself was probably the main part of my depression."

Now slimmed down thanks to his work on VH1's Celebrity Fit Club: Boot Camp, Federline says his life is turning around, and that he now can be friends with Spears, 28, with whom he has two boys.

"I think as time goes on, it keeps getting better and better and better," he tells Access Hollywood. "I mean, I'm really happy the way that my life is going right now, I really am. I think, you know, I have come a long way. All of us have…my whole family. It's gotten so much better from where we were."

With Spears touring again and her affairs under the control of her father, Federline says, "I'm really happy for her. I'm very happy for her."

I can't wait to see his fat ass get drilled by Harvey on Celebrity Fit Club. But i have to wonder, did he just gain the weight so he could have a reason to be on a reality show and making money? Isn't it sad that was my first thought? lol. Like maybe he heard they were going to be casting so he just bucked down and started eating and never stopped. Alllll for the money, baby! But either way...I'm glad, for the sake of his girlfriend (and yeah, i guess his health) that he lost that weight!

What I'm Listening To

"Gravity" by Sara Bareilles. LOVE this song. It's definitely something i can only listen to though when I'm feeling mellow. It hits a heart string, for sure.

And also, i love the new addition to my iPod Touch thanks to my buddy Mr. Ryan Loco. =)

WTF of the Day goes to...

This fucking weirdo! Why in the HELL would anyone wanna do this!?

I'm at a loss right now....

This Is It: OUT NOW!!

If you know me, you know i am a HUGE Michael Jackson fan. I loved that man to death. He is pretty much the reason i started dancing. And when he passed, i literally cried for days. You can say what you will, but i was heart broken. When they planned to release "This Is It" in theaters, i was ecstatic. But sadly, due to my busy schedule as a mother and a working slave...i wasn't able to see it in theaters. Again, i was heart broken. When they announced the release of the dvd...it was like the sun coming through the clouds! With a little extra boost of Vitamin D in the form of an hour of extra footage! And today, it is a glorious day! "This Is It" was released today on dvd and BluRay.

Per RollingStone.com:

The Michael Jackson concert rehearsal documentary This Is It is approaching the end of its theatrical run, but fans will only have to wait two months to bring the King of Pop to their home theater — the film’s DVD and Blu-ray will be released on January 26th, 2010. The bonuses on the This Is It DVD include an hour of additional footage not seen in theaters, two making-of documentaries and featurettes about the costuming, dancer auditions and memories of Jackson, Variety reports.

Best Buy has the dvd for $19.99 and the BluRay for $29.99 and a Best Buy Exclusive BluRay Version #2 which includes the Smooth Criminal the regular version doesn't have. Target stores are selling the dvd for $15.99 and BluRay for $24.99. Guess no exclusives for them!

Get your copy today and experience the magic that is Michael Jackson!

Damn, Greg Oden!

Pulling a Jamie Foxx are we there, Greg?? When are famous people gonna realize that taking naked pictures of yourself on your phone, even if you don't send them to someone, is a bad idea?! Phones can get hacked easily. And if you do decide to send, you know damn well the other person will probably care more about the money they get for selling the pictures than getting off on them. Have you learned nothing from Vanessa Hudgens, Greg? Guess not. WorldStarHipHop.com has an exclusive video of the multiple leaked pictures. But really...that face!! Definitely not one of the best looking dudes out there. Not gonna lie, i might let him hit it. From the back though...so i don't have to see his face.

Mia Michaels to bring the flyness back to SYTYCD

Contemporary choreographer Mia Michaels is tapped to return to Fox's So You Think You Can Dance for it's 7th season. So far it's only confirmed that she is showing up to the city auditions. No word yet as to if she will come back to choreographing this season after she opted out of season 6.

This is by far the best thing that could happen to SYTYCD, in my opinion. Mia is my favorite choreographer on the show (2nd favorite over all after Wade Robson of course.) and for her to bring the hotness back...i'm all over it! If you aren't familiar with Mia or what she's done for the show, have a look:

And just cause he's a bad ass....my 2 favorite group routines Wade choreographed:

(Not the original from Season 2, but i like this better because he performed WITH them!)

On The Can

I'm not a person who is offended easily. And nothing is too off-color for me. Including bathroom banter. If i just took an amazing, 10lb shit...I'm gonna tell someone. If i have to piss, I'll announce it. If someone wants to play Battle Shits, it's so on! So, seriously females...let's sit down and have a chat. As much as i don't mind talking about what goes down when you're on the john, i don't wanna see it!

Take today, for example. I walk into the single-person bathroom we have here at work to take a leak and as I'm about to put the seat cover down i see a couple droplets on the seat. Thinking it might just be splash back from the toilet flushing, i take a closer look. Nope, it's yellow. What are you girls doing?? Getting up before you're done going or something?? Do you wipe AFTER you get up? I mean seriously. How do you manage to drip onto the seat? Even so, if you manage to do so WHY do you not wipe it off?! I make sure I pay attention to things like this but maybe i'm just anal. But i would definitely not feel good about leaving my mark on a toilet seat.

Today's lesson, ladies...pay attention when you're using the damn toilet. If you need to wipe it, wipe it. If you're squatting, watch where the hell your urethra is pointed. (Yes, it's possible. Just move your hips!) Common courtesy. Have some.
